Change & Cancellation Policy

All group flight bookings made with Plan It Rite are strictly non-refundable.

Name Changes & Substitutions

If a passenger can no longer travel, a name change/substitution is permitted up to 7 days prior to departure under the following conditions:

• Finding a Replacement: If Plan It Rite finds a replacement traveler to take over your space, or if you bring someone to replace you, a $175 name change fee will apply to the original customer.
• Fare Differences: If the current group fare at the time of the substitution is higher than the original fare booked, the new passenger must pay the higher price difference. The original customer is still responsible for the $175 name change fee.

Airline Cancellations

• In the event that a flight is officially canceled by the operating airline, passengers are eligible for a full refund of their ticket price, minus a $75 Plan It Rite administrative processing fee.

Seat Selection & Upgrades

Plan It Rite will always do our best to accommodate seating preferences, but specific seats are subject to availability.

Complimentary Seating

• If free seat selection is available on the flight, we will automatically assign you a Window or Aisle seat at no extra charge.

Guaranteed Seat Assignments & Upgrades

To 100% guarantee a specific seat type, the following per-passenger fees apply per way — each direction of a round trip — based on the flight type:

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend protecting your trip with comprehensive travel insurance.

• Cost: $50 per person.
• Coverage: Protection against unexpected trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
• Requirement: To purchase insurance, the main passenger must provide a single, valid billing address for the policy.
